Affiliate E-mails
Newsletters and general communications
ConvertKit
Create landing pages and email sign up forms for recruitment. Supported with all the email marketing tools you need for affiliates.
Mail Chimp
Network communication is limited, so you need a third-party tool. Segment and personalise all your affiliate communications in a single place.
Bee Pro
Easily create email templates with a drag and drop function. Export as HTML and upload into the network or your CRM tool for better looking affiliate newsletters.
Affiliate Design
No need for expensive graphic designers
Canva
No need for a graphic designer. Canva has a wealth of elements and templates to create great looking affiliate banners or email assets.
PicMonkey
Similar to Canva, this is an online platform that takes the hard work and expense out of creating affiliate banners and email creatives.
Affinity Designer
A cheaper alternative to Photoshop that has a lot of the same functionality. Perfect for those whose design skills are less beginner.
Affiliate Reporting
Perfect for weekly reports or more in-depth data mining
Affluent
The affiliate dashboard I use for my client reporting. Showcases all my network data in a weekly dashboard or individual reports for presentations.
Voluum
Ad tracking platform for independently managing affiliate marketing. Tons of features to reduce fraud and optimise any ads you are running.
Strackr
Partnered with 111 affiliate networks and gathers all your data to show it a single dashboard for all reporting. Easily find and digest the metrics that matter.
Affiliate Recruitment
Find and onboard the very best partners
Ahrefs
Ahrefs lets you enter your competitors URL and get a list of sites sending them traffic. Search for affiliate URLs to recruit their partners or sign up the biggest traffic drivers regardless.
SEMRush
Like with Ahrefs, these are primarily SEO tools that can be used in the affiliate channel to find and recruit new partners. Using with two different channels makes it much more cost-effective.
Media Rails
Now part of the Impact network portfolio, it can still be used as a standalone tool. With robust CRM tools, it also has an extensive recruitment feature for searching social profiles and website keywords.
Spyfu
Spyfu gives you the chance to find the traffic that is driving clicks to topics or keywords in your niche. Those with high monthly kicks and creating relevant content would make ideal affiliates.
Buzzsumo
Buzzsumo allows you to see which content has the most social engagement. Finding sites that have an engaged social audience and that cover topics in your niche sounds like prime affiliates to recruit.
Publisher Discovery
Discover your competitor’s affiliates and easily recruit them with Publisher Discovery. In addition, get affiliate insights while browsing sites with their brand new Chrome extension.
Affiliate Compliance
Tools for policing the affiliate channel
Brand Verity
Monitor affiliate PPC keywords to make sure that partners aren’t bidding and breaking program t&c’s. A notable issue outside of office hours.
The Search Monitor
Keep track of the discounts affiliates are promoting to ensure they are assigned to them. A particular problem with customer email offers.
Corsearch
Find affiliate domains that are similar or have misspellings and are redirecting to the real site after dropping an affiliate cookie.

Optimising your product feeds for all marketplaces and channels
