Nordgreen is a fast growing Scandinavian watch brand looking to expand its customer base in multiple locations simultaneously. For the brand, I manage the UK and US program to generate brand interest and deliver more potential customers to the websites.
As a smaller, less established brand it is important for me to focus on partnerships outside of the typical Top 10. With less current search traffic for keywords surrounding discounts, it means the big publishers will focus their attention on bigger commission generators.
Using incentives like competitions and assist bonuses, it means we can engage long tail publishers to talk about Nordgreen without paying big tenancies with the larger partners from which we wouldn’t initially see the returns.
