Key to the continued growth for this brand is always pushing the channel to be innovative in a multi-channel business environment. Working as an extension to the Goldsmiths online team I am able to stay close to wider business goals and align the channel to hit these.

Being aware of interesting new partners to the affiliate space for example enables me to offer opportunities to the brand that can target different demographics, drive store footfall or help protect margins.

To maintain strong ROI I have re-negotiated network contracts and worked hard to ensure we are competitive with our media spends without overspending on coverage.
